Between Siam and Victory Monument, along the BTS line and Airport Link, the condo of your dreams awaits you.
On the way from Siam to Victory Monument is the Phayathai road. The BTS Phaya Thai station is even now directly connected to the airport link. Because of the proximity to Siam and other major department stores many condo have been built and are still being built along the main roads there. Pratunam, well known as all clothing can be found in there, complete this area so having your condo in this location can really give you a great choice of shopping keeping the convenient of easy travel around the city through the BTS and Airport Link lines.
A great variety of people live in this area, from office workers to expatriates. Every religions are also welcomed as a Church can easily be spotted around the Ratchathewi BTS station, and mosque can also be found behind Phayathai BTS station in a very lively area.
You will find many condo near Phayathai and from every kind as some medium / high range condos are on each side of the road, and more medium range condos are in the connected sois.
From Phayathai road you can access many areas of Bangkok, you will have to find out some shortcuts there to avoid traffic. There is also access to 2 express ways from Petchaburi road, the nearest being located on the intersection with Rama 6 road.
The BTS line follows the Phayathai road from Siam to Victory Monument, with 3 stations on the way that are Ratchathewi (the closest to Siam), Phaya Thai (connected to the Airport Link) and Victory Monument next to the huge roundabout. The Airport Link departs from Phaya Thai station to join the Nikhom Makkasan road crossing Ratchaprop (a station located at the intersection there) before reaching the Makkasan Terminal station next to Asoke road, following its path until the Suvarnabhumi airport through Ramkhamhaeng.

The nearest hospital would be Phyathai 1 hospital at BTS Phaya Thai station, but I would also recommend the Phyathai 2 hospital at BTS Sanam Pao.
Then hospital is usually not a problem since you can easily travel to another hospital from the BTS lines.
Victory Monument is a nice place to go out at night with some nice bars, the Saxophone Pub is for instance a great place to listen to some music. The night market of Victory Monument will also keep you busy for a while. A good alternative to this pub is the Sky Train Jazz Club on soi Rang Nam with the impressive view on the BTS line.
